Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
  • Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and make necessary changes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 60 days of employment
  • Experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is a plus
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends
