Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
- Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and make necessary changes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 60 days of employment
- Experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is a plus
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends
