Quote Conversion Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quote Conversion Specialist for a short-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads to answer questions and guide prospective patients through medication options
• Provide compassionate guidance on pricing, insurance, and logistics to help patients navigate their options
• Document interactions and insights in a CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and improvements

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inside sales, patient support, or customer-facing experience, primarily over the phone
• Strong sense of empathy and understanding for patients undergoing sensitive medical treatments
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience with CRM software or sales enablement tools, and Google Sheets
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus, but not required
