Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Client Experience Managers (CXMs) to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business goals

- Monitor client portfolios to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while optimizing client acquisition costs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment with a proven track record in client relationship management
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance measurement
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong data analysis capabilities with experience in performance tracking and ROI optimization
