PFS Representative - Arizona

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO Acute Billing Follow Up.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payments, adjustments, claims, and correspondence accurately and timely
• Research payments and denials to determine discrepancies and make necessary appeals
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal clients regarding billing and payment issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• 2 years of patient financial services or medical claims experience
• Experience with submitting appeals and understanding of EOBs
• General knowledge of codes used on UB forms
• Strong knowledge in the use of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
