Key Responsibilities

• Supports the daily management of TikTok Shops by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Manages daily interactions with creators to promote products

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience in customer service, project management, or account management
• Familiarity with organizing data and using marketplace portals
• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience preferred
• Experience with TikTok Shops as a seller or creator is a plus
