Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy across the customer lifecycle
- Oversee the design and optimization of customer onboarding, implementation, and renewal processes
- Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes and translate feedback into actionable improvements
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in customer experience, product management, or customer success roles
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership positions managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Relevant certifications in customer experience or product management are a plus
