Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify process gaps and provide feedback for improvement and best practices
  • Assist in implementing readiness programs and mentor new engineers
  • Resolve customer issues through problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring effective communication throughout the process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of relevant experience OR 3+ years of experience in technical support or consulting
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements
  • Microsoft Technology Certifications preferred
  • 3+ years of troubleshooting experience in IT support roles, especially with Microsoft technologies
  • Experience supporting SharePoint and OneDrive for Business
