Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify process gaps and provide feedback for improvement and best practices
- Assist in implementing readiness programs and mentor new engineers
- Resolve customer issues through problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring effective communication throughout the process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of relevant experience OR 3+ years of experience in technical support or consulting
- Ability to meet security screening requirements
- Microsoft Technology Certifications preferred
- 3+ years of troubleshooting experience in IT support roles, especially with Microsoft technologies
- Experience supporting SharePoint and OneDrive for Business
