Key Responsibilities
- Receives high volume inbound calls and messages from patients, caregivers, and providers

- Performs data entry and documents patient information accurately
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work from home and manage a high volume of calls
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and appointment scheduling is a plus
