Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior client experience through various communication channels, ensuring accuracy and expediency
- Coordinate with approvers for rapid decisions on product limit increases while maintaining risk management controls
- Manage complex onboarding for treasury services, developing project plans and ensuring timely delivery and quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, deposit sales, product management, or related roles in banking
- Strong knowledge of deposit products, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a customer-centric mindset
