Key Responsibilities
- Capture, document, and triage customer-reported issues while managing support ticket systems
- Test platforms and validate new agent versions against defined acceptance criteria
- Maintain client-facing documentation and support version control for prompts and agents
Required Qualifications

- Ability to follow structured testing protocols and acceptance criteria
