Bilingual Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Outbound (Bilingual Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from patients and schedules various appointment types for multiple locations
• Documents and confirms requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Manages incoming faxes from referral sources and triages general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in customer service, call center, or working with medical records/insurance
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Experience with EMR systems (NextGen) is preferred
• Orthotic and Prosthetic experience is preferred
