Key Responsibilities
- Resolve inbound and outbound service calls regarding collateral protection insurance coverage
- Refer complex inquiries to appropriate resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Enter updates to insurance data and prepare necessary documentation for borrowers and financial institutions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- 0-6 months of related experience in data entry or call center environments
- Experience in insurance or banking preferred
- Able to operate a computer and basic office equipment
- Typing speed of 40 WPM accurately and proficiency with a 10-key calculator
