A company is looking for a Coordination of Benefits Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise team operations, including scheduling, performance reviews, and adherence to quality standards
- Utilize expertise in coordination of benefits to ensure efficient department operations and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to document and improve policies and processes while addressing client issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma with six years of experience in healthcare/insurance auditing, including three years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated client focus and ability to achieve results
- Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to comply with ADA and other employment-related acts
- Experience with SQL is a plus but not required
