Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Priority Support Integration Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical incidents for customers involving software, networking, and hardware environments
- Act as a subject matter expert on API/Integration and write scripts for internal and external use
- Develop documentation regarding installation, upgrades, support, and compatibility issues
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus
- 2+ years of experience with API headers and troubleshooting related issues
- Experience with 1st and 3rd party integrations to a SaaS product
- Network troubleshooting experience and proficiency in deploying services like DHCP and DNS
- Windows Server experience with application-level troubleshooting skills
