Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, from kickoff to go-live
- Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor the platform to their workflows
- Conduct training sessions and troubleshoot technical and operational issues during onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in an Implementation, Onboarding, or similar customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer projects
- Technical aptitude for learning software platforms and understanding complex business logic
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets and project management platforms
