Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Service, MONARCH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement the field service organizational strategy
• Lead a field-based team to drive effective field service operations
• Develop and manage the budget for the field service organization

Required Qualifications and Education:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
• Minimum 10 years of related experience and at least 8 years of people management experience
• Proven experience in managing field service operations
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ability to develop and implement training programs for service personnel
