Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess injured/disabled persons to evaluate recovery and modify case goals as needed
- Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and completing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with workers' compensation-related experience preferred
- Licenses: Active Compact and California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management is a plus but not required
- Internet: Must have reliable internet access
