Workers Compensation Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Team Lead for the VA jurisdiction in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of Workers Compensation examiners and technical staff
• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution and negotiate settlements
• Communicate claim activities with claimants and clients, and report claims to excess carriers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workers Compensation claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Preferred supervisory experience of 2 years
• Extensive subrogation management experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
