A company is looking for a Pre Registration Specialist to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm and collect relevant patient information and liabilities prior to service
• Ensure accurate registration data, demographic information, and insurance coverage
• Communicate patient liability estimates and attempt collections to meet productivity standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• One year of post high school business or college coursework preferred
• National Association of Healthcare Access Management Certification preferred
• Minimum one year experience in a customer service role preferred
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology by exam and one year of relevant healthcare experience or equivalent education
• AA Degree with six months of healthcare experience is acceptable
