Job Summary
A company is looking for a Full Time Call Center Representative (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level assessment, support, and resolution of customer issues
- Answer inbound calls regarding product orders, E-comm orders, parts orders, and repair requests
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings and handle dispute escalations according to company policies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of service-related experience in a call center environment
- Experience in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote
- Ability to learn systems and multi-task effectively
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
