Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Mid-Market team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on Litify and Salesforce solutions to drive adoption and retention
  • Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and SMB clients, ensuring successful launches and ongoing satisfaction
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop remediation plans in coordination with management
Required Qualifications
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
  • 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, ideally with a SaaS product
  • 5 years of experience in direct customer-facing positions
  • Demonstrable technical aptitude and ability to design best practice solutions
  • Aptitude for new technologies and creative problem solving
