Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Litify and Salesforce solutions to drive adoption and retention
- Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and SMB clients, ensuring successful launches and ongoing satisfaction
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop remediation plans in coordination with management
Required Qualifications
- Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
- 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, ideally with a SaaS product
- 5 years of experience in direct customer-facing positions
- Demonstrable technical aptitude and ability to design best practice solutions
- Aptitude for new technologies and creative problem solving
