Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer, STAAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via Web, Phone & Email on STAAD products
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues to enhance satisfaction and product usage
- Coordinate with Development, QA & Product Management teams to prioritize bug fixes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of prior experience in Structural Engineering projects preferred
- Knowledge of US steel & concrete design codes
- Familiarity with STAAD.Pro, RAM Connection, ETABS, SAP2000, or RISA is advantageous
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn
