Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Administrative Specialist to support critical business functions related to lab collection, insurance verification, and member communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, upload, and transcribe lab submissions while addressing billing inquiries and requests
  • Execute manual insurance checks to ensure patient eligibility and resolve escalations
  • Maintain team SLAs and assist with tasks to support the Member Support and Virta teams
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including some weekends as needed
  • Experience using multiple digital tools and systems, with a quick learning ability for new technologies
  • Operational experience in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment
  • Healthcare, Insurance, or Health-tech experience is preferred
  • Associates Degree or higher level credentials are a plus
