Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Administrative Specialist to support critical business functions related to lab collection, insurance verification, and member communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, upload, and transcribe lab submissions while addressing billing inquiries and requests
- Execute manual insurance checks to ensure patient eligibility and resolve escalations
- Maintain team SLAs and assist with tasks to support the Member Support and Virta teams
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including some weekends as needed
- Experience using multiple digital tools and systems, with a quick learning ability for new technologies
- Operational experience in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment
- Healthcare, Insurance, or Health-tech experience is preferred
- Associates Degree or higher level credentials are a plus
