A company is looking for a Technical Flex Support Specialist who provides comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting assistance across various platforms and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users via multiple communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of Technical Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
