Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Canadian French/English Consumer Engagement Specialist to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex consumer issues and advise representatives on high-level concerns
- Negotiate and ensure timely follow-up and quality assurance for consumer satisfaction
- Engage with consumers through calls, live chat, or email to address inquiries and assist with eCommerce transactions
Required Qualifications
- Canadian French native speaker and proficient in English
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role preferred
- Experience with multiple tools and emerging technology, including Google Suite
- Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment
- High School Graduate or GED with the ability to type 40 wpm
