About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts.
• Provide administrative and personnel support to clinicians.
• Review chats and texts along with documentation of front line clinicians.
• Assist with training as needed.
• Provide on-call clinical support to staff as needed.
• Answer calls, chats, and texts as needed by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments.
Requirements
• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual in English and another language (Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Burmese).
• Crisis and customer service experience.
Benefits
• Competitive salary ranging from $72,127 to $91,954 annually based on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
