A company is looking for a Service Billing Coordinator to provide management and administrative support to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer client solutions support and manage order-related issues from purchasing to invoicing
- Establish positive relationships with internal teams and customers by understanding their needs
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant sales support experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer support environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or distributor contract management sites is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
