Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to support clients in utilizing their survey creation platform while working remotely on Pacific Time hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client expectations and deliver issue resolution through various communication channels
  • Provide technical guidance on the platform and assist clients in executing their projects
  • Conduct preflight checks of client surveys and assist with post-field support, including data analysis
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in communication, marketing, account management, or customer engagement
  • Experience using online survey platforms oriented toward DIY use
  • Market research and consumer insights background is a plus
  • Fluent in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic remote environment
