Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Patient Outreach Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to eligible patients to grow the specialty pharmacy patient population and enroll them
- Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Licensed Connecticut pharmacy technician; nationally certified from PTCB or equivalent preferred
- 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License strongly preferred
- Commitment to obtain required licensure if not already held
- Ability to complete training to become nationally certified within 6 months of hire
