Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee high-volume student referral management tasks
- Collaborate with Customer and Clinical Success teams to address administrative concerns regarding student referrals
- Utilize data management strategies to monitor and flag student referrals within high-value accounts
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional administrative role, preferably managing high-value accounts
- Experience in the education or healthcare industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Mac, and Microsoft Excel
- An associate's degree is preferred; experience may substitute for education
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
