Key Responsibilities
- Maintain IT systems and provide end-user support
- Administer Office365 and troubleshoot email accounts
- Serve as a liaison between the help desk and infrastructure support teams
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of technical experience in desktop support technologies, Active Directory, and Windows/Mac Operating Systems
- Ability to obtain a Position of Trust Clearance
- Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management
- Knowledge of Control-M administration and configuration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
