A company is looking for a 1st Shift NOC Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor dashboards and alerts to identify issues
- Document trends to proactively prevent problems
- Serve as the first point of contact for client network issues and escalate downtime events as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior experience is welcome but not required
- No degree required; relevant skills and experience are valued
- Understanding of Active Directory, Windows OS, Office 365, and network infrastructure
- Knowledge of the OSI Model and troubleshooting processes
- Experience with ticketing systems and real-world technology support
