Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German (C2) and business fluent in English
- Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong time management skills to handle a client base of approximately 200 clients
