Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize quick responses and consistent delivery on SLAs to ensure user satisfaction
- Maintain detailed system documentation and improve technical support workflows
- Proactively monitor integration health and manage client communication regarding integration issues
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in EHR healthcare integration roles, with hands-on experience in database extracts, HL7v2, and/or FHIR
- Hands-on experience with SQL and troubleshooting complex data integration issues
- Ability to manage technical challenges independently or collaboratively with engineering teams
- Proactive self-starter with an ownership mindset
- Experience in developing SOPs and playbooks for scalable support processes
