A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their Lending Technical Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting issues and determining the best course of action
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve client issues and report problems to software engineering
- Maintain familiarity with company products and assist in customer installations, upgrades, and training
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role with Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, and Web Applications
- Experience with Networking Infrastructure and Cloud Environments
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with PowerShell
- Knowledge of SQL Server and transact SQL (t-SQL)
- Ability to work on-call/after hours as needed
