A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative to assist credit union members with account issues and financial inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance and resolving account issues
- Maintain knowledge of products and escalate issues to management as necessary
- Meet performance standards for key metrics while assisting peers and mentoring newer agents
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or 1 year of call center experience preferred
- Experience with PC/Windows based software, including basic knowledge of Word and Excel
- Must complete training on various member service and card service products
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings if needed
