Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1 - SHP (Remote Option).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure positive customer interactions with members regarding Medicare Advantage or Commercial/Marketplace products
- Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance customer service skills
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration preferred
- Two years of customer service experience required
- Experience in a health insurance call center preferred
- No specific certifications required; State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent's license preferred
- Remote work experience preferred
