Workers Compensation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Subrogation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding balances and coordinate the resolution of disputed invoices
• Negotiate claims' resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties
• Prepare investigative correspondence and maintain account work standards as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of 3rd party collections and/or subrogation experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
• Dependability and customer service experience are required
• Critical thinking skills are essential
