Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facility, provider, and member inquiries, appeals, and balance billing
  • Review and resolve balance bills and appeals through negotiations with providers
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain clear documentation of claims
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma; BA/BS preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in a medical healthcare claims role
  • Background in healthcare claims management, including provider billing and claims adjudication
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volume
