Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative for SHP Operations, working remotely on a per diem basis during the day shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication between members, providers, and internal departments regarding plan products and services
  • Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries related to benefits, claims, and enrollment
  • Document interactions and assist with member education on health coverage and services
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of experience as a Customer Call Center Representative, with a minimum of six months required
  • Medical office certification, including knowledge of medical terminology, preferred
  • Associate's degree in business administration or health care administration preferred
  • 2 years of customer service or medical office experience preferred
