Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Mental Health Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
• Prescribe medications, controlled substances, and diagnostic tests for accurate diagnoses
• Formulate treatment plans for conditions such as ADHD, Insomnia, Depression, and Anxiety

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), or Physician
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances
• Must possess a valid DEA and a multi-state license
• Mental health certification is preferred
• At least 2 years of mental health experience is required
