A company is looking for a Bilingual Service Agent I to provide exceptional banking experiences for members through remote interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process basic remote member transactions and assist with account inquiries and maintenance
- Educate members on remote delivery channels and promote their use for convenience
- Manage inbound calls effectively to meet service level requirements and ensure member satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Financial industry and/or call center experience preferred but not required
- Must be bondable
- Proficient in personal computer use and Microsoft Office products
- Reliable internet access of at least 50MBPS
