Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone to provide solutions
- Provide accurate information to customers using various digital tools
- Share suggestions for customer experience improvements with the team and client
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer support experience
- Ability to work full-time on any shift, including weekends
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
- Adaptability and a growth-learning mindset
- Must have a bank account that accepts ACH or wire transfers in United States Dollars (USD)
