Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Integration Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as business lead for data onboarding and enrollment systems for new and existing integrations
- Manage internal and external resources for data re-implementation and change projects
- Provide informal leadership and support team development and process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Four to six years of experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, or customer-facing project management
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database querying applications such as SQL Server
- Understanding of basic database concepts
- Experience in consultative problem solving and project management
