Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Integration Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as business lead for data onboarding and enrollment systems for new and existing integrations
  • Manage internal and external resources for data re-implementation and change projects
  • Provide informal leadership and support team development and process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Four to six years of experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, or customer-facing project management
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database querying applications such as SQL Server
  • Understanding of basic database concepts
  • Experience in consultative problem solving and project management
