Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success (EMEA).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire customer journey, focusing on driving positive customer sentiment and managing subscription renewals
- Build and lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Technical Success Managers to ensure customer success
- Drive customer outcomes by demonstrating the value of the company's technologies and managing key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in a Customer Success Management role, preferably in a Data Management SaaS company
- Demonstrated experience leading Customer Success Managers in a SaaS or subscription enterprise software company
- Proven ability to execute strategies and process improvements
- Experience managing global, distributed teams across different cultures
- Strong management presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
