Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, focusing on driving positive customer sentiment and managing subscription renewals
  • Build and lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Technical Success Managers to ensure customer success
  • Drive customer outcomes by demonstrating the value of the company's technologies and managing key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience in a Customer Success Management role, preferably in a Data Management SaaS company
  • Demonstrated experience leading Customer Success Managers in a SaaS or subscription enterprise software company
  • Proven ability to execute strategies and process improvements
  • Experience managing global, distributed teams across different cultures
  • Strong management presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
