Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist responsible for managing complaints, incidents, and accidents for designated clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document, investigate, and resolve complaints for assigned clients within specified timeframes
  • Monitor compliance with client service level agreements and report non-compliance issues
  • Compile and submit reports on incidents, accidents, and complaint trends to leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Previous Quality & Compliance experience preferred
  • Some college education preferred
  • Working knowledge of customer service protocols and procedures preferred
