Job Summary
A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist responsible for managing complaints, incidents, and accidents for designated clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Document, investigate, and resolve complaints for assigned clients within specified timeframes
- Monitor compliance with client service level agreements and report non-compliance issues
- Compile and submit reports on incidents, accidents, and complaint trends to leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous Quality & Compliance experience preferred
- Some college education preferred
- Working knowledge of customer service protocols and procedures preferred
