Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Associate (Thai, Indonesian, Traditional Chinese).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals of potential policy violations
• Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into reported content
• Respond to user inquiries and collaborate with departments to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in trust and safety or community management, specifically in UGC moderation
• Native-level proficiency in Thai, Indonesian, or Traditional Chinese
• Strong proficiency with technology, including helpdesk software and MS Office
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
