Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding phone support to members, addressing their needs and concerns
- Guide members through the enrollment process, ensuring understanding and comfort with technology
- Resolve technical issues related to mobile and desktop technologies for members
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Ability to troubleshoot various mobile and desktop technologies
- Flexible availability, including working until 9:00pm EST on weekdays
