Job Summary

A company is looking for a Homeowner Claims Subrogation Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages, researches, and resolves complex customer communications and issues
• Maintains a connection with customers by understanding their needs and ensuring follow-up
• Works with Subrogation Adjusters and Litigation Attorneys to recover funds on complex property losses

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in claims handling, particularly in condominium and homeowner claims
• Ability to identify and refer subrogation opportunities
• Experience in providing guidance and mentoring to less senior employees
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Consistent achievement of production, quality, and customer service goals
