A company is looking for a Customer Support and Collections Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound collection calls to borrowers regarding past due accounts and establish payment arrangements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, providing assistance with account-related inquiries
- Monitor and respond to inbound communications from clients and borrowers, ensuring timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and collections, preferably in financial services
- Ability to perform financial calculations accurately
- Advanced Excel skills for managing borrower data and preparing reports
- Experience in maintaining accurate borrower records and ensuring compliance with loan servicing policies
- Financial background preferred
